Is content on this site medical advice?
No. Writing here is educational and reflective. It does not create a doctor–patient relationship and is not a substitute for care from your own clinician.
How do I get in touch?
Use the contact page. Messages go to Jeremy for follow-up; do not send urgent clinical questions or protected health information through the public form.
